Well we celebrated it yesterday already since today's a) Sunday and b) my boyfriend is in airplane right now on his way home to UK.
I dressed up as Gothic Lolita. Make up doesn't really require anything weird so you just get some pictures of my face.
I used black eyeshadow pencil and matte eyeshadow from UD for eyes. Then I used Make Up Store's Jazz lipliner and Mystique lipstick (purple with glitter, don't think that is sold anymore, the one I have is really old).
We had small party with me, my boyfriend, my sister and her boyfriend. Some pics of other stuff than my make up.
Happy Halloween to you who are just about to start celebrating it!

LOTD ~ Witchy
This isn't actually my today's look but this was my look for last week's Friday which was my last day at the job before holiday.
Pictures are taken in the morning with flash so that's why they look different from normal.
I honestly can't remember what I used or even from what company. So you only get the pictures.

Top 5 Halloween looks (Youtube link love)
My Photoshop got destroyed when I re-installed Windows and I'm still waiting to get the CD back to install it which means I can't - I could but not as easily - get my photos blog-friendly. So I wanted to tell you this plus since Halloween is around the corner (only a bit over a week to go) so I thought I'd link some of my favourite Halloween look tutorial videos for you to check them out too. I bet some of these are familiar ones but I do it anyway.
These are really in no order since they're all fantastic! Also I tried to take only one look per person or otherwise few of these would've dominated the whole list. All of these artists have fantastic other videos too so check their profiles and video list so you can find the one that intrigues you the most.
Let's start with Petrilude's Mother Earth. Not the first look people think for Halloween and he's AMAZING. This look is lovely and doesn't require a lot of painting your face which is always a plus when - especially I - can't be arsed to scrub my face off in an evening.
Next one is from fantastic eRaness. He has a lot of gorgeous looks like skull mask but since again this isn't the first look you'd probably do for Halloween I picked it - plus it was new and on my Youtube's front page. The look is inspired by Medusa.
MissChievous has amazing looks for different occasions and there were few looks I could've linked but I thought I could do a bit more normal for Halloween but still not a normal vampire so you get the Dead Doll.
P.S. If you are going to be a sexy cat for Halloween check her video for that tutorial too.
Then something a bit sexier with MissJessicaHarlow's Jessica Rabbit look. Jessica Rabbit is my favourite cartoon character *ever* and this look is HOT. So yeah, you don't always have to be scary or weird for Halloween.
Goldiestarling has great tutorials and a lot of different ones for Halloween. I would've wanted to link the McQueen inspired mask but unless you can wear McQueen designs with it - not really worth doing just that for Halloween. Took me some time to choose which one to put here - but then again I love Blind Mag and Repo! The Genetic Opera. Easy-looking make up, it's pretty much mostly about lashes, contact lenses and dress but have to link it.

NOTD ~ Oink oink
My daughter wanted to try the new Depend nail polish in 201 that I bought. It's really piggy pink, should probably use fauxnad to make some piggy heads to the nails but then again might be too much.
But here are both of our nails done with same colour. Matchy matchy.
My daughter's ill so I don't have really LOTDs since I haven't put more make up than mascara and some mineral foundation on due to having to get to the corner shop. If I have enough energy later this week might try some looks but before Thursday won't be having much make up on.

LOTD ~ Jordan without Orange
So yes, I honestly did get the idea for this make up from Jordan (aka Katie Price). I noticed her make up actually aren't that bad, it's just the orange tan and everything else that goes with it. Maybe the fake eyelashes are sometimes bit over the top too.
But yeah, this is really simple make up and fake eyelashes suite it well.
Only needed Sin and Smog from UD for the eyes with Gosh eyeliner. Used some white Gosh e/s as highlighter.
On cheeks I used Gosh's Baked Bronzer in Gilded and Coral Myth by Avon.
For lips I used Lumene Natural Code in 7 Icy Melon.

NOTD ~ Kiss Kiss
I wanted to try the OPI's Kinky in Helsinki nail polish and wanted to add something else to it so I used my fake konad plates for lips with Konad's White Pearl polish. Yeah yeah, the lips are on different places in every nail but I couldn't be arsed to do them all up. That's what you get when you put on nail polish at 10pm.
LOTD ~ Days of Grays... and taupe.... and brown.
These are the 3 looks from Wednesday to Friday. Have been too lazy to post them one by one so you get an overload now.
Starting with today's brown look. Done with UD AIW palette. I didn't wear the headband or the scarf to work, I just bought them yesterday so wanted to show you them both.
Yesterday I went with really easy taupe look. I used Damn Paladins from Fyrinnae and then some old The Body Shop eyeshadow I found. On lips I had Gosh's Jumbo Lip Gloss Pencil in Cabana Orange.
I took these pictures in the morning with flash so that's why they're weirder than normal. But soon you will have to get used to these kind of pics when I will go to work when it's dark and come back when it's dark so no daylight for me for some months.
On Wednesday I had grey look. Eyeshadows from UD AIW and Wet'n'Wild Megaliner. On lips I had Evil Shades' Diana's Bow.

Gosh - and some other - haul
So few days ago I went to Helsinki centre - again. I found that some Gosh was on sale at Sokos so of course I had to buy something.
I bought
- Lip Glosses in 0081 (black) and 0074 (orange)
- Gosh On Stage Cool Lip Jam
- Gosh Jumbo Lip Gloss Pencil in Cabana Orange
I also bought random other things I needed like cotton pads, deodorant, lip balm and lip liner (in natural).
Here are pictures of the lip glosses on my lips. First three are Cabana Orange and 0074 first separately and then together. And you can see black doesn't even look black by itself (lowest). The cool lip jam (second lowest picture) is nice and cooling on lips, it's a bit blue-ish shimmery.

LOTD ~ Red Autumn
I was honestly supposed to do Amy Lee look but this got too red so I call it red Autumn and re-try her look some other day.
I used 96 palette for this - reds and browns. Also used the lovely Diana's Bow by Evil Shades on lips. Love it! If you didn't know that already.
Weird enough I don't look totally dead with red eyeshadow.
