Evinta - lips tutorial

So I got asked if I could do a tutorial for the lips I did for Evinta look. Not like I had to re-create the whole look so doing lips again was fine.

You don't need much for the lips: black kohl (hard, don't go for soft ones or it will move too much - I used some really old one that isn't even sold out anymore), red lipstick (I used Gosh's Lambada) and lipstick brush.

First step is to make sure your lips are smooth. So use a scrub if needed and moisturise your lips. After moisturising wait until it has sunken in to the lips. If the lips are too moist or shiny from lip balm the lipstick/liner will move on top of it.

Then take the black liner and line around your lips - if you want to go over try first how it looks. You can also primer your lips with primer or then use concealer/foundation. I used foundation for the original Evinta but for this tutorial I didn't use anything. Something on the lips usually makes it stay on better.

Then take in some of the black liner with the pencil - you can take it as much inwards as you want, totally depends on how much black or red you want showing. I know the sides aren't even.

Then take lipstick brush and some of the red lipstick (don't need much) and start to blend it into the black corners.

Also repeat this all over the lips - slightly blending the black and red together but don't rub too much or the black will fade away. Also stay away from most outer lines of the lips.

After you've gotten all the edges of black blended with cleanse the brush with just wiping it on paper so you don't get anymore black or dark red on the paper (cleanse lipstick too in case it has gotten black colour on it). Take red and dab it on the middle of the lips.

Blend the red from centre to outer corners so the middle part don't get blended with black.

You can always add more black liner on top of the old lines if it has faded away too much and repeat the steps as many times as you want. In the end you should get something like this:

And with full face since only lips just looks scary:

Hope this was helpful! And sorry if there's "lid" somewhere instead of "lip" - I tried to correct them all but could've missed something. I've used to saying lid more than lip since I do eye make up way often than lip one.
