Little Mouse Ears swatches and review

I didn't order straight from Little Mouse Ears but I bought from Sarah's blog sale a Tarte for True Blood palette and she sent me some of her products. She never asked me to do a review or blog post about them but I decided I will do it anyway.

But yeah, first I got the palette like I ordered - she told in the blog sale that the container is empty.

When I opened the palette I noticed this (envelope says Boo if you can't see it):

Envelope had a card that thanked me for participating in her blog sale and told more about the products she had sent me since the sample bags were small and I've never used her products before. Here's the card together with the business card (Etsy shop only has earrings, Sarah has opened her own website for Little Mouse Ears).

And after reading the card I opened the drawer:

I got three matte eyeshadows from The Mouse Matte collection in USB, Blu Ray and HDMI. Then I got a Space Invader Tart in Piña Colada (smells amazing!). Nail polish called Cloud is from The Navy Collection which is coming out soon. On clamshells are two Lemmis lip balms in Vinnie and Modo.

Let's start with eyeshadow swatches - I haven't used these yet on my eyes but samples glide on nicely:

I already tried on the nail polish, it was totally different than I expected it to be. No idea tbh why I expected it to be different. 2 coats made it opaque - in few nails I needed 3 due to my nail having bumps.

Today I also tried the lip balms for the first time and I have to say I love Vinnie. It's so natural and moisturising.

Modo didn't want to photograph as nicely - also it was getting dark by the time I took this picture - but it is lilac.

I totally suggest to try Little Mouse Ears out. Also one great thing is that it's based in Ireland which means I could order as much as I'd want to and not worry about customs. Also delivery inside EU is faster than ordering from USA. So if you want to try out European Indie, this is a place to start. I think I need more lip balms... You can never have enough lip balms!
